Rules

The Classified Ads section is designed for the advertising of items from members of the public. Any business that wishes to have items listed in the classified must have a paid membership in our business directory.

You must be the rightfull owner of goods advertised for sale in the classified ads section or have the permission of the rightfull owner to sell the goods on their behalf.

All descriptions must be accurate and the goods must be in an accaptable condition to be sold.

These rules are in addition to our full site Terms and Conditions and all must be observed at all times.

Parties who regularly check Classified Ads, Free Ads and Auction sites include the police, trading standards and the Inland Revenue. We will pass on any details of a transaction if required to do so by law.

Faliure to comply with these rules or any of our Terms and Conditions will mean the removal of your classified ad. Repeated breaches by a user will mean a complete ban from submitting anything to the website.
